Prepared on 20 October 2026.
1. Your request and the agreed visit
Enter the vehicle details, correct tyre specification, exact location and requested appointment. A selected time is checked against available scheduling capacity. An accepted reservation holds that capacity, but the team still needs to confirm job suitability, the required tyre, the quote and attendance arrangements.
A website submission, WhatsApp message or payment return page should not be taken as a promise that a fitter has been dispatched. Keep the booking reference and private tracking link. Tell the team if your location, vehicle or contact details change.
2. Arrival estimates
The target response is 7–15 minutes when a suitable available fitter is already nearby. It is an estimate conditional on the actual location, schedule, road conditions, weather, access and the correct equipment and tyre being available. The team confirms a current estimate before dispatch; it is not a guaranteed arrival time for every location on Skye.
The stated 84-van operation does not mean every van is available at once or that every job can be accepted immediately. Allow additional time for inspection and any work after arrival. A tyre appointment does not guarantee a ferry, tour, work or travel connection.
3. Callout estimates and tyre prices
The proposed callout estimate is £39 for a next-day appointment or £69 for urgent attendance. These figures cover the callout component only. Tyre supply and any additional work are separate and must be quoted for the particular job.
The operator must confirm the final total payable, applicable taxes and all agreed charges before you authorise the service. A particular tyre brand, size or immediate stock availability is not promised by the website. Do not assume wheel nut assistance, specialist vehicle work or another additional service is included.
4. Tyre and vehicle information
Check the full sidewall specification, including size and relevant load and speed rating. Vehicle registration information can help identify the car, but does not prove the current tyre size, wheel configuration or any modifications. Tell the team about run-flat tyres, different front and rear sizes, missing keys and earlier damage.
The fitter must assess whether a puncture can be repaired. A replacement or another step may be needed following inspection. Additional work must be explained and agreed before it is carried out.
5. Access, permission and safety
The vehicle needs to be in a suitable, accessible location where work is permitted. Describe any gate, narrow approach, height restriction, steep driveway, soft surface or parking rule before the visit. Obtain permission from the property or car park operator where needed, and make the vehicle key and locking wheel nut key available.
Do not drive on a flat or visibly damaged tyre to meet the fitter. A visit may need to be reassessed if the location is unsafe or unsuitable for the equipment and work required. If there is an immediate danger, contact emergency services as appropriate. This tyre booking service is not an emergency-services dispatch system.
If a vehicle belongs to a hire company, employer or another person, confirm that you are authorised to approve the work and any charges.
6. Online callout payments
Where enabled, Stripe Checkout collects the callout charge shown for the booking. It does not pay for a tyre or unquoted additional work. Payment status is confirmed through a verified notification to the server, rather than the browser return alone.
Keep your payment and booking references. If payment is unavailable or its outcome is uncertain, contact the team before paying again. The final payment, invoicing and refund arrangements must be supplied as part of the confirmed order information.
7. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Call 0141 266 0690 as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation and quote your booking reference. The operator needs to explain any applicable cancellation rights, the agreed cancellation process and any permitted charge before a contract is made. No blanket non-refundable charge is created by this draft.
If you request work to begin during a statutory cancellation period, the operator must provide the relevant information and obtain any express request or acknowledgement required for that service. Urgent repair rules and additional non-urgent work may differ. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Service concerns
If you have a concern about a visit, work or charge, call the team with the booking reference and a description of the issue. Keep the quote, payment confirmation and relevant photos. The operator must provide its confirmed correspondence address and complaint-handling process before launch.
Nothing in these draft terms is intended to exclude statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any commercial fleet agreement or response commitment must be assessed and documented separately.
9. Your information
Read the privacy notice for details of the booking, vehicle, location and payment information used by the service. Keep your private tracking link confidential.
General consumer information: GOV.UK online and distance selling guidance. The operator must finalise the contractual information for its actual service before accepting live orders.
