Emergency puncture assistance on Skye
A flat tyre is stressful. Share your location, get an arrival estimate, and let a fitter assess the damage.

A clear plan, before the visit
First, tell us where you are.
Request urgent help for a puncture or sudden loss of pressure. Our target response is 7–15 minutes when a suitable available fitter is nearby; the team checks your position and conditions before confirming an estimate. A puncture is not automatically repairable. The fitter must inspect the tyre and explain whether a repair, a replacement or another step is appropriate.
What to expect.
- Location and access assessed before dispatch.
- An arrival estimate based on availability and your actual position.
- Tyre condition assessed before a repair is offered.
- A quote for the proposed work before it starts.
For general tyre and vehicle safety guidance, see the Highway Code vehicle maintenance guidance. If there is immediate danger, contact emergency services.
Good to know
A few useful answers.
Will you definitely repair my puncture?
No. Repairability depends on the damage, tyre condition and inspection. Sidewall damage, previous driving while flat or other issues may mean a replacement is needed. The fitter will explain the options.
How quickly can a fitter arrive?
The target is 7–15 minutes where a suitable fitter is already nearby. The confirmed estimate depends on your location, current jobs, road conditions, weather and access; it is not a fixed arrival promise.
Can I drive somewhere else to meet you?
Do not drive on a flat or visibly damaged tyre to meet a fitter. Give dispatch your actual position and discuss the safest practical next step. If there is immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
