Start with the host and the parking space
A cottage driveway and a hotel car park present different working conditions. Ask the owner or reception whether tyre work is permitted, and describe the surface, slope and space around the vehicle when contacting us. Permission to park does not automatically cover a fitting visit.
Include any gate code, narrow entrance or shared access. A fitter needs to assess the location before accepting the work, especially where other guests need to pass the vehicle.
Make a rural property easy to find
Use the accommodation name, full address and a map pin. If the entrance is separate from the building, explain that in the access notes. Reception, a neighbouring cottage or the centre of the postcode can otherwise look like the right destination on a map.
Work around checkout and your plans
Tell us your checkout time before choosing an appointment. Ask the host whether the car can remain if the visit overlaps checkout; do not assume that arrangement is available. Someone authorised to approve the work and provide the keys should be reachable.
When the vehicle can stay safely parked until tomorrow, compare the next-day appointment with urgent attendance. The callout guide is lower for next-day scheduling; tyre supply and any extra work are quoted separately.
Confirm the visit before planning the rest of the day
An online request gives the team the information needed to arrange the job. Tyre specification, access and the full quote still need confirmation. Keep your telephone available and tell us promptly if you change accommodation or need to move the appointment.

Can the fitter come while we are sightseeing?
Discuss this before booking. The team needs an agreed arrangement for vehicle access, keys and authorisation. Leaving a parked car alone does not by itself make the visit possible.
Is accommodation fitting cheaper than roadside help?
The scheduling option affects the callout guide: next-day is £39 and urgent is £69. The total also depends on tyres and any additional work; the address alone does not determine the price.
