Booking two, four or more tyres in one visit

Booking several tyres is more than changing the quantity on a price. The team needs to understand which wheels are involved, whether the specifications match and how much work needs to fit into the appointment you are asking to reserve.

Describe each wheel involved

List the wheels you want assessed or replaced using a clear description such as front left and rear right. Send the tyre markings for each relevant specification. If you notice different front and rear sizes, include both rather than copying one code into the enquiry for every wheel.

Explain whether you have already decided to replace those tyres or would like advice after inspection. A request to look at four wheels is different from an agreed order for four replacement tyres. Keeping that distinction clear helps the team discuss the correct quantity, options and price with you.

Book enough work into the appointment

Select the actual number of tyres in the booking form. Appointment capacity is assessed using the request details, so choosing one tyre and adding several more only in the notes can leave the schedule based on the wrong job. Mention any uncertainty before the visit is confirmed.

If you add another tyre after reserving, contact the team with your reference. The original time may need review, as well as the tyre supply and total quote. Do not create a duplicate booking simply to describe the change; ask the team to connect the revised work to the existing request.

Separate several tyres from several vehicles

The quantity field describes tyres for the vehicle in that booking. It does not reserve a visit for a second car. If a partner, colleague or another business vehicle also needs attention, send a separate list of registrations, specifications and locations so the team can plan them together.

Ask for the complete agreed quote rather than assuming a multi-tyre discount or one shared callout applies. The online callout guide is separate from tyre supply and additional work. A useful breakdown identifies the quantity and tyre options, and explains how the proposed appointment covers the actual work.

A LITTLE PREPARATION

Before you book

  • Identify which wheels need attention.
  • Confirm every relevant tyre specification.
  • Select the actual quantity in the form.
  • Discuss extra vehicles and changes separately.
YOUR NEXT STEP

Your tyres, taken care of.

Choose a visit that fits your day. Share your vehicle and location, and we’ll confirm the right tyre, appointment and full quote.

GOOD TO KNOW

Your questions, answered.

Does four tyres mean a discount is automatic?

No discount is assumed. Ask the team for a complete quote for your quantity and specification, including the visit and any additional work.

Can I use quantity two for two different cars?

No. The quantity belongs to the vehicle on that booking. Give the team details of both cars so separate capacity and quotes can be assessed.
