Build a clear vehicle list
Include each registration, vehicle type, tyre specification and the number of tyres needing attention. Use the size actually fitted, with photographs where helpful. If different vehicles need different tyres, keep the details together in separate entries rather than sending an unlabelled collection of images.
Mention vehicle weight, modifications or specialist use. Commercial vehicles are not all interchangeable, and an enquiry does not confirm support for HGVs, unusual equipment or every class of van.
Work from real availability windows
Tell us when each vehicle can remain parked and when its driver needs to leave. A depot address alone does not explain whether the van is available between deliveries. If the vehicle must move during the proposed visit, discuss a different window before booking.
Several vehicles may need separate appointments. The team must check job duration, tyres, equipment and fitter capacity before confirming a coordinated schedule. A combined enquiry is not a reservation for unlimited vehicles.
Make approval and access straightforward
Nominate the person who can approve the quote and make sure keys, including locking wheel nut keys, can be provided. Explain any induction, gate code, loading rules or site contact. Check that there is a suitable permitted working space away from other vehicle movements.
Agree what the arrangement includes
Ask for a clear scope and total price for each vehicle. Do not assume a fleet enquiry creates a credit account, priority response or service-level agreement. Any special commercial arrangement needs separate agreement.
When a van is already off the road with a flat tyre, mark that job as urgent and give its actual location. Routine appointments can then be discussed separately from the immediate problem.
Before you book
- List registrations and complete tyre specifications.
- Give each vehicle’s available time window.
- Nominate the quote approver and key holder.
- Describe depot access and working space.
Your tyres, taken care of.
Choose a visit that fits your day. Share your vehicle and location, and we’ll confirm the right tyre, appointment and full quote.
Your questions, answered.
Can one appointment cover all our vans?
That needs assessment. The number of vehicles, job length, tyres and fitter capacity may require several slots or visits.
Does a fleet enquiry include priority attendance?
No priority commitment is implied. Any response agreement, contract or payment arrangement must be discussed and agreed separately.
