Check what has actually been booked
Find your booking reference and review the vehicle, quantity, address and time. Make sure the request describes the affected wheels and the job you discussed. A puncture enquiry, an agreed replacement and a request for help with a locking nut are different tasks and should not be left ambiguous.
Confirm that the tyre specification and quote have been agreed. If you entered a size from memory, compare it with the tyre or send a clear photo for the team to check. Mention any change since booking, including a different vehicle, extra tyre or additional work you would like assessed.
Bring the practical details together
Locate the vehicle key and the locking wheel nut key, if the vehicle uses one. Put them somewhere you can hand over at the agreed time. If the locking key is missing or damaged, tell the team before the appointment; it may change the equipment or assistance that can be arranged.
Check the address and entrance pin, especially at a rural property or accommodation with several parking areas. Explain gates, access restrictions and the surface beneath the car. The fitter assesses whether the working location is suitable, so do not assume a visit is confirmed for every place a vehicle can park.
Make the handover and updates straightforward
Keep the vehicle available throughout the agreed appointment window and make sure the contact number will reach you. If another person is helping, agree who hands over the keys and who can approve the price. Share those details with the team rather than relying on a message left with reception.
If plans change, contact the team with the reference before moving the appointment to another address or adding another car. A reservation is arranged around the original vehicle, location and work. Save the private confirmation or tracking link so you can return to your booking without starting a second request.
Before you book
- Review vehicle, size, quantity and appointment.
- Find the vehicle and locking wheel nut keys.
- Confirm the entrance, access and permission.
- Keep the booking contact and reference handy.
Your tyres, taken care of.
Choose a visit that fits your day. Share your vehicle and location, and we’ll confirm the right tyre, appointment and full quote.
Your questions, answered.
Do I need to buy equipment before the visit?
Discuss the required work with the team rather than buying equipment for the appointment. Your main preparation is accurate tyre details, access, keys and an available contact.
What if I discover another tyre needs attention?
Tell the team before the fitter travels. An additional tyre can change the parts, quote and time required, so it needs to be added to the agreed plan.
