Changing the location of your tyre appointment

Changing where the vehicle will be parked changes the fitting plan too. Tell the team as soon as your address or travel plans change. A saved booking stays attached to the location provided until a new arrangement has been discussed and confirmed.

Use your reference to identify the appointment

Have your booking reference ready and explain whether you want to change the address, the time or both. State the date and vehicle registration so the team can distinguish this visit from another enquiry. A new booking submitted without explanation can leave two apparently separate requests.

Keep the private tracking link or access code secure. It is used to open your booking details, not as a public reference to share in a community post.

Explain the new location completely

Provide the new property name, address, pin and entrance instructions. Tell us about parking permission, the surface and any access restrictions. A move from a cottage driveway to a car park can require a different assessment even if both places are in the same village.

Say when the vehicle will reach the new location and how long it can remain there. Do not assume an arrival estimate for the first address applies to the second.

Wait for the revised arrangement

The team needs to consider the route, other scheduled work and whether the new site is suitable. The requested change may require a different slot or other arrangements. Ask for confirmation before organising your day around the revised address.

If the fitter is already travelling, telephone promptly and explain the change directly. A message sent shortly before arrival may not be read in time to prevent a journey to the original location.

If the tyre is already flat, discuss the situation first

This guide concerns changing an appointment, not permission to drive a damaged vehicle. Do not drive on a flat or visibly damaged tyre to reach another address. Tell dispatch where the vehicle is currently stopped and discuss a suitable next step before making a new location plan.

A LITTLE PREPARATION

Before you book

  • Have your reference and registration ready.
  • Give the complete new address and pin.
  • Explain access, permission and availability.
  • Wait for the revised appointment confirmation.
YOUR NEXT STEP

Your tyres, taken care of.

Choose a visit that fits your day. Share your vehicle and location, and we’ll confirm the right tyre, appointment and full quote.

GOOD TO KNOW

Your questions, answered.

Can I change my location by submitting another booking?

Contact the team about the existing reference first. A second request may create confusion rather than update the original arrangement.

Will the arrival estimate stay the same?

Not necessarily. A different route, fitting site or place in the schedule needs checking before a new estimate or slot is confirmed.
