Prepare a short, useful message
Write down your registration, tyre size if known, the affected wheel and your location before trying to send several messages. Include the property or road name and a pin when available. A concise set of details is easier to work with than disconnected photographs without an address.
If someone else is contacting us for you, say who will be with the vehicle and which telephone should be used. The booking contact should know the agreed plan and be able to approve any proposed work.
Save the essentials locally
Keep a copy of your location, booking reference and agreed contact details on the phone. A screenshot can help you read information again without loading the page. Treat the private tracking link or access code as private; it is not something to post publicly when asking others for help.
If a confirmation has not appeared, do not repeatedly submit the same request simply because the connection is slow. Try to establish whether the first enquiry was received before creating another one.
Agree how you will receive updates
Tell the team that calls or messages may not reach you reliably. Discuss an appropriate contact method and who will meet the fitter. If you have permission to use accommodation Wi-Fi or ask reception to pass a message, make that arrangement clear rather than assuming it will happen.
Do not turn a connection problem into a roadside risk
Do not drive on a flat or visibly damaged tyre to find signal. Tell anyone assisting you where the vehicle is actually stopped. If there is immediate danger, use the emergency services; a website enquiry or delayed message is not a substitute for urgent assistance.
Before you book
- Prepare vehicle and location details together.
- Confirm the enquiry reached the team.
- Agree a reachable booking contact.
- Keep your private tracking code secure.
Your tyres, taken care of.
Tell us where you’ve safely stopped and what your vehicle needs. We’ll check availability and confirm your quote and arrival estimate.
Your questions, answered.
Is a WhatsApp message enough to confirm a visit?
Only rely on the arrangement once the team has responded and confirmed the relevant details. A sent message or delivery indicator alone is not appointment confirmation.
Should I book twice if the page seems slow?
First check whether the original request completed, or contact the team. Repeated submissions can create confusion about which request and location are current.
